​Conference Services

The CAIU Enola Office offers conference services at its Summerdale location. We have 8 conference rooms of various sizes that can accommodate small and large group sessions. Along with conference room rentals, the CAIU offers technology-related services to meet the technical needs of your session. Please see below for more details about our facility and technology-related services.

Conference Rooms

  • Dauphin Room - Conference Square up to 18 participants
  • Dogwood/Hemlock Room - Various set ups to 30 participants
  • Friendship Room - Various set ups to 30 participants
  • Juniata Room - Various set ups to 30 participants
  • Laurel Room - Various set ups to 15 participants
  • *Keystone Room - Various set ups to 50 participants
  • *Meadow Room - Various set ups to 50 participants
  • Susquehanna Room - Various set ups to 235 participants/Theater and 144 Classroom/Restaurant
Note* The Keystone and Meadow Rooms have the capability of being made into one large room holding up to 100 participants.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: When are the conference rooms available for use?
A: Business Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding holidays
After hours (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) at the 1/2 day rate, plus maintenance/security fees

Q: Are the conference rooms available on weekends?
A: No. We do not have the staff to accommodate any weekend events.

Q: Does the CAIU provide catering services?
A: No. But, we can provide to you local catering companies or you may contact your own caterer.
