The Rapid Response Team is here to help if your child is at risk of suspension or expulsion from child care or preschool.

If you are a parent/guardian and have received word from your child’s child care facility that he/she may be at risk of suspension or expulsion, find which resource below best describes the level of service your child is currently receiving.

If you are an administrator/ staff member at a child care facility that has implemented best practice strategies and are still in need of support working with a child, find the resource below that best describes the level of service the child is receiving.

1. If the student receives services from your local Early Intervention Provider (Birth to Three or the CAIU) or support from the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC)and/or Child Care Consultants, please reach out to them directly to receive additional program support. The IFSP/IEP Team will respond by having a discussion about adding a previously unidentified behavior to the IFSP/IEP or work with childcare personnel to develop or share strategies.

2. If the student DOES NOT have services from your local Early Intervention Provider (Birth to Three or the CAIU) or support from the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) and/or Child Care Consultants AND your child care is located in CUMBERLAND or PERRY county call Kim Alloway, Child Care Consultants at (717) 881-2306 or 1 (800) 864-4925.
