The CAIU employs certified Safe Crisis Management instructors who can provide this critical training to school district staff.

This service provides training for both initial certification (18 hours) and for recertification (12 hours) in Safe Crisis Management (SCM). SCM training provides school staff with valuable prevention, de-escalation skills and safe emergency intervention strategies for responding to aggressive behavior.
